Q: How long will it take between ordering my wedding stationery and delivery?
A: Shades Of Gold process all orders within 30 days of receipt of payment. Please contact us at our office if you require your order sooner where we will be happy to arrange this for you.
Q: Are envelopes included in the price?
A: Yes, envelopes are included in the price of our wedding invitations.
Q: Are inserts included in the price?
A: Yes, all our invitaions come with co-ordinating inserts.
Q: Are there additional costs for printing?
A: No, all our prices include printing.
Q: Can we meet you in person?
A: Yes, you are welcome to visit us in the showroom at Classic Weddings and Events, 1 Parkfoot st Kilsyth. G65 0SW . Please call to arrange an appointment.
Q: Can I collect my wedding stationery from you when it's ready?
A: Yes, please call us to arrange a suitable date and time.
Q: What happens if I run out of wedding invitations?
A: We would advise you to order some spare invitations when you first place your order. That way if a few guests are unable to attend you have blanks ready to invite others who can make it. However, if you need more then you can contact us again to order more.
Q: How do I decide on the colour of my wedding stationery?
A: Colour themes work well and you may be well under way by the time you order your stationery. Look at the colour of your flowers, the brides maid dresses or the interior of your wedding venue for inspiration as to which colours to pick for your stationery.
Q: Can we choose our own wording for our wedding invitations?
A: Yes, we are happy to use the wording of your choice. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Q: How long before my wedding do I send my invitations?
A: Your wedding invitations should be sent out at least eight weeks before, ten and twelve weeks before is average.
Q: How many Order of Service do I need to order?
A: One Order of Service per guest is usual so that everyone can follow the service. If you are trying to save a little perhaps couples could share!
Q: What is a Save the Date card for?
A: Save the date cards are a great way of announcing your wedding date to guests in advance of your invitations. It ensures that they keep the date free, and are available in each of our stationery ranges so that they match your invitations.
